Breakfast is served on weekdays from 6:30 to 10 and on weekends and holidays from 8 to 11. Breakfast is always included in our room rates and it is also sold daily to non-hotel guests at a price of €15/person.

24 hours when booking directly from the hotel, 3 days from Booking/Hotels/Expedia sites & 1 month for group bookings. If you get sick when the free cancellation period has expired, we will charge the amount of the first night. You can apply for compensation for an unused hotel night from your travel insurance.

Olof is a small family business, we do not have a loyalty system and do not belong to any chain.

A limited number of baby beds are available free of charge for a child aged 0-2 years, please request this in the room when making a reservation. A small child can sleep between parents, but breakfast for children over 2 years old must be paid according to the children’s price list at €8/night. Extra beds are available for Junior suites, maximum 2 per suite. The price of an extra bed is €27/night/pc based on bed linen, towel and breakfast.

Please notify the reception as soon as you notice a deficiency, so that we can serve you the best. The alternatives are to correct the deficiency, change the room or dismantle the store. A good night’s sleep is a purchase decision.

Check-in starts at 3 p.m. and the reception is open until 11 p.m. every day. After this, the K-market located in the building is open daily until 01:00. During the night, the security guard is on duty at the hotel’s number, so you can inquire about available rooms at any time of the day at +358 500 690 980.

Check out from the hotel no later than 12 o’clock, you can inquire about a later room handover at the reception.

The entire hotel is non-smoking, we charge a €200 ozonation fee for smoking in the room.

Bed linen, towels, wifi & breakfast are included in the room price. If the room is damaged or in a significantly dirty condition, we can charge the customer a fee for additional cleaning or repairing the room.

Parking spaces are available in the parking garage in the basement for an additional fee of €12/night. In addition, there are free and fixed parking spaces in the hotel yard. The parking garage can accommodate a 210 cm high car.

In the hotel’s parking garage, it is possible to charge an electric car from a normal outlet for €20/night. There are only two places, so be sure to book your place well in advance. Hallitukatu also has a charging station for electric cars.

All our food is lactose-free and we serve other special diets to the best of our ability. We ask that you inform us in advance, e.g. gluten-free and vegan dieters.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, you will receive the password upon check-in.

We would be happy to make an invoicing agreement with the companies, we need the company’s name, y-ID, online invoicing information. If there are hotels for more than 10 nights a month, we can offer a business price.

You can book a room directly from the hotel without credit card information, in which case the payment will be processed at the time of stay.

We definitely recommend a table reservation so that we can serve you the best. For a group of more than 10 people, we are happy to customize a uniform menu or ask for food orders in advance.

The gift card can be used in several parts and is valid for one year from the date of purchase. You can buy a gift card on our website 24/7 or on site during opening hours.

Junior suites are bigger and better equipped than a normal hotel room. Junior suites have their own kitchen and larger living areas. Deluxe rooms are located on the second floor of the building and Junior suites on the 3rd-6th floor. in layers.

All junior suites have their own coffee maker. Kitchen utensils can be purchased from the K-market located in the same building. We offer our customers filter coffee whenever the reception is open.

The hotel’s phone is available 24/7 at +358 500 690 980. We are a hotel located in the center of Tornio, and especially on weekends you can hear noises from the street. If you hear commotion in the house after 11 p.m., please call the hotel number to calm the situation down.

We keep found items for a year, we try to contact the customer if there are items left in the room, if there is no contact, you can contact the reception yourself. We can send the found items to their owner for the price of postage or keep them for the next stay.

You can order the hotel’s own taxi when booking a room or by calling the reception number.

Making the bed, changing the towels on the floor and full garbage bags. We do not do intermediate cleaning on Sundays. Bed linen is changed for longer stays approx. twice a week.

The rooms on the 2nd floor are allergy-friendly, meaning you cannot stay with a pet. Junior suites also have pet-friendly options and we charge a €27 cleaning fee for pet cleaning
